Kjøttforedlingsmaskin Soft separator Baader 601

CAPACITY: Up to 800 kg/hour

The soft separator Baader 601 is an industrial machine designed to gently extract softer particles, such as meat and fat, from harder waste components, such as bones, sinews, and cartilage. It delivers a continuous throughput of up to 800 kg per hour, which varies with the product and selected pressure. Equipped with 3 mm or 5 mm perforated drums, the unit seamlessly adapts to different raw materials. Built in accordance with worldwide recognised sanitary standards, the machine ensures quick cleaning and helps maintain your daily production momentum.

The soft separator Baader 601 reliably separates raw meat material from solid waste components. A flexible squeezing belt transports the product to a perforated drum, where it gently squeezes the softer particles—like meat and fat—through the holes. Harder particles, such as bones, sinews, and cartilage, stay outside of the drum. This pressure system ensures gentle product processing and reduces overall machine wear.

The machine is built in accordance with worldwide recognised sanitary standards, making daily washdowns easy and efficient. Additionally, the unit features castors for easy handling and quick integration into any food processing line:*
