AquaDrain is a compact sludge dewatering container equipped with internal filtration screens for efficient drainage of flocculated sludge.

It features:

-Hydraulically assisted rear door for easy sludge discharge.

-Filler pipe at the front and dual 3" ball valves for clean water return.

-Safe access via galvanized ladder and safety rail.

-Robust construction: sandblasted, primed, and painted in a RAL colour of choice.

Efficient, mobile, and easy to operate – ideal for septic tanks, grease traps, and small wastewater treatment plants.

The PolyFlow unit is a diesel/electro -powered polymer make-up, dosing, and pumping system designed to work with the AquaDrain container.

- Kubota 4-cylinder diesel engine with generator.

- 850 L polymer tank with automatic mixing.

- Polymer dosing pump for accurate flocculent injection.

- Screw pump for sludge transfer or cyclone system for direct tanker/gravity feed.
